This policy explains how INDFLIX Digital Services (“FlickForge”) processes personal data when you use our website and services, in line with applicable Indian data protection expectations including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act principles of purpose limitation and security.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, password hash
Order data: products, amounts, coupons, invoices
Payment metadata from Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers)
Support messages and technical logs (IP, device, error traces)

2. Why we use data

To create accounts, process orders, deliver digital access, issue invoices, prevent fraud, improve the product, and comply with law.

3. Sharing

We share data with payment processors (Razorpay), email providers (if SMTP is configured), cloud storage for uploads, and fulfillment staff (sellers/admins) solely to complete your order.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies. Access to admin tools is role-restricted. No method is 100% secure; report issues to support@indflix.com.

5. Your choices

You may update profile details in the dashboard, request account deactivation, or open a support ticket for data questions. Contact grievance@indflix.com for privacy grievances.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. We do not run third-party advertising trackers by default.
